“Let’s Go! The Pet Owners' Journey” Dog Adoption Carnival

The "Let’s Go! The Pet Owners' Journey" Dog Adoption Carnival was successfully held on 17th and 18th January 2026 at Cyberport. Thank you for your support and participation. The event was organised to promote dog adoption and responsible pet ownership, and it was supported by AFCD's partnering animal welfare organisations, including Cheung Chau Animal Care (CCAC), HK Saving Cat and Dog Association (HKSCDA), Lifelong Animal Protection Charity (LAP), Paws United Charity (PUC), Society for Abandoned Animals (SAA), the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) and Team for Animals in Lantau South (TAILS) (in no particular order).
 
The Carnival attracted over 4,800 visitors during the two-day event, with many visitors bringing their dogs along. The visitors enjoy in a wide range of activities and services, including Dog Adoption Enquiry Services, Veterinary Consultation Service, Dog Licensing Service, Dog Playground, VR Gaming Experience, Game Booths, Interactive Educational Exhibition, Pet-themed Handicraft Workshop, Pet–Owner Interaction Area, and Sharing Sessions by Animal Welfare Organisations and Guest Speakers.
