Friends, Families & Pooches “Pawty” Carnival (Organized by The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals)
Friends, Families & Pooches “Pawty” Carnival is organized by The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and co-organized by Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department. The carnival will be held at Kwun Tong Promenade, Hoi Bun Road, Kwun Tong on 2nd December 2018 from 12 noon to 5 pm and the admission is free. The carnival aims to build a harmonious and inclusive society, foster an animal-friendly living attitudes and raise public awareness on animal welfare.
