The Revised Code of Practice for Pet Reptile Traders has been in effect since 1 January 2023

The implementation of the new COP for pet reptile traders has commenced on 1 January 2023.  All new traders granted with new licences on or after 1 January 2023, or all current traders with valid licences before 1 January 2023 and then renew their licences on or after 1 January 2023 will have to comply with new requirements of the revised COP.
