Regarding Requirement for premises of Animal Traders, Dog Breeders (Category A) and Dog Breeders (Category B) to comply with the terms of the land documents

Applicants of all new applications for ATL, DBLA and DBLB must declare in the application form that the premises specified in the applications for ATL, DBLA and DBLB are in compliance with the terms of land-related documents (such as Land Leases, Deeds of Mutual Covenant, Rental Agreements) with effect from 28 December 2021.  Those who fail to make the declaration will be regarded as not providing all the information requested and thus their applications will not be considered.  An applicant who makes a false declaration may be liable to prosecution, and the licence granted may be cancelled.
